The Transform 285/400 Project will help to reduce traffic congestion surrounding the I-285 and SR 400 Interchange in Atlanta. Perhaps the most complex interchange in Georgia's history, the multi-level, multi-highway project will serve commuting traffic more efficiently with enhanced ramp capacity and connections into the separately planned express lanes.

Adrian Collaborative led the environmental permitting strategy, from a creative tree-clearing plan to the complex dual permits in both project corridors to address Section 404 Waters of the US and Georgia State Buffer Variance regulations. In addition, our team completed ecological field studies, advisory/strategic support, photo and video logs, annual permit reporting, and many other services. Throughout the past 7 years of construction, we have monitored the project area for erosion control and environmental compliance checks.
